• Sizes and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability.

3. Availability

• All products are sold while stock lasts.

• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until payment is completed.

• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

4. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required at checkout to confirm an order.

• Orders are processed only once payment has been successfully received.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud (a full refund will be issued).

5. Shipping & Collection

• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Once an order has been dispatched or collected, risk passes to the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The item arrived damaged (proof required within 24 hours of delivery).

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind.

• Fondant toppers should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sunlight, and moisture.

• Improper storage may result in melting, cracking, or colour bleeding.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling or storage after delivery.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
