How should fondant cake toppers be stored?

The toppers should be stored at room temperature in a dry place and out of direct sunlight as this will cause the colours to fade.

How should the fondant cake toppers be applied to a cake?

Some toppers contain support wires and can be carefully inserted into the cake. When placing toppers on fondant-covered cakes, a small amount of melted chocolate, buttercream, royal icing, or a light touch of water can be applied to the base of the topper to help secure it.

Toppers without wires can be placed directly onto buttercream or ganache cakes. For fondant-covered cakes, a small amount of water, chocolate, or royal icing can be used to help the topper adhere.

How does payment work?

Payment is made via bank transfer (EFT). Banking details are provided at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed, and an order confirmation will be sent via email.

What are the policies?

Due to the nature of our ready-made fondant toppers, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and where an error occured on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

How can I contact you for custom cake orders?

Custom cake enquiries can be sent via WhatsApp only. Kindly note that we do not accept phone calls. All details regarding custom cake orders will be discussed and confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.

How does shipping work?

We offer a fixed-rate shipping fee on all orders within South Africa. Orders are shipped nationwide, and the shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where applicable.
